Some of the goals of myBeeHyve continue to be listening to our amazing users and delivering what you need. We also strive to be one of the very best MLM tools out there. In our latest updates, we have added a few features we’re pretty excited about. And, we think you will be, too!
Add activity with a new contact.
Let’s say you’re strolling along at your local farmer’s market and bump into an acquaintance who wants to know more about your business and products. We’ll call this new prospect Betty.
Betty really loves lotion and especially likes lotions with a floral scent. So, you tell Betty you’ll send her some info on flowery lotions on Monday. You open myBeeHyve on your phone to put in all her contact information. Before our most recent updates, you’d save Betty’s info and then have to reopen her profile to record the activity details and schedule a follow-up.
Now, however, you can choose to just save her info or save and add an activity. That way you can immediately log the type of interaction you had with her, schedule a follow-up for Monday, and record what product details she’ll expect from you.
You did all that with a couple of clicks and a tiny bit of typing. Betty saw you put her info and details in and now sees you as one amazing CEO! (Not to mention she may just agree with you that myBeeHyve is one of the best MLM tools.) Now you still have plenty of time to choose the perfect pumpkins for this year’s jack-o’-lanterns…without worrying you’ll forget to make yourself a note to contact her on Monday.
Do more from the daily task list.
Our myBeeHyve task list gets major thumbs up from users, but even the best features can be improved. We’ve added the ability to edit and delete client activities straight from the daily task list. While that may not sound like a big deal, every click we save you is time in your hourglass and money in your pocket!
We’ll stick with the farmer’s market theme. Let’s say you’re pumpkin picking when you bump into Sue who texted you earlier in the week. She told you then that she’d call today to place an order. She’s glad she saw you because she still wants to place an order, but not until next Friday when she gets paid. You can go right to your task list where you see her name, click on it, and choose “View History” to adjust the details of your contact with her and update your follow-up day.
View what you want.
Our task list has gotten an upgrade as well. You can now choose what days you see on your list. The default continues to be today’s list, with past-due items in red at the top. Now, you can click on the “Tasks Due By…” option to choose which days you want to see. You can work ahead or see what’s coming up for you.
Edit with a click.
Next, each item on your task list has a little pencil icon beside it. Previously a calendar icon, the pencil still allows you to edit your follow-up date, but it also gives you the option to edit or add notes about that follow-up.
Choose daily reminders.
We’ve also added a feature to keep you on task. You will now receive a daily email at 8 a.m. EST with your task list. If you would prefer to receive that by text or to not receive it at all, you can adjust that by clicking on your profile and looking under “Preferences.”
Go global with myBeeHyve.
Businesses are no longer only local. We live in an increasingly international society. So, we’ve added options in the shipping and billing address fields to accommodate international addresses.
Just when you thought we’d given you all the amazing gifts we could, we’ve got two more new and exciting features!
Quickly do an advanced search.
You now have advanced filters for your contacts. Before, you could only search by your contact’s name or email or the customer type. Now, you can filter by all fields in myBeeHyve, including custom fields!
So, let’s say you’re hard at work on Monday and go to send Betty details about all the floral lotions you’ve got. It turns out there’s a great sale starting this week on lotions. You’ve got other customers who’d love to know that. Thankfully you set up a custom field for contacts who frequently purchase lotions. So, you hop into your contacts section and tap on that big yellow “Advanced Filters” button. Now you can do a search for customers who like lotion.
Email contacts from myBeeHyve…
Now that you’ve got their info pulled up, you’re going to want to email them, right? Here’s the cherry on top for you: you can email this fantastic sale info right away from myBeeHyve!
You simply select all the contacts who like lotion and let them know about this incredible sale. Type in the information once and it will go directly from your email address to each of those people.
and get a bonus benefit!
As if that weren’t amazing enough…you’ll discover one more layer to this new feature. Once that email has been sent…Boom! Each recipient’s history just got updated to include this contact.
